What we collect

• When you use our contact form: your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message.
• When you email or call us: the details you choose to share.
• When you visit the site: like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the site secure.

We don’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from this site rather than a third party, so nothing tracks you across the web.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to manage that relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don’t sell your information or use it for marketing lists.

Who we share it with

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
• Amazon Web Services hosts this website.
• Our email provider stores the messages we receive.

These providers act on our behalf and may process data outside the UK. We only share what is needed for them to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or transfer it to someone else. Email enquiry@ultimetrics.net and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.

If we change how we use personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
